The formula compares the allowed specification range with the actual variation seen in production. A higher CpK means the process is tighter and more centered. A lower CpK means there is a greater risk of making products that fall outside the required range.
For LED strip manufacturing, CpK can be applied to many parameters: luminous flux, color temperature, forward voltage, PCB thickness, solder joint strength, and waterproof sealing quality. Each of these affects how the strip looks and how long it lasts.

If the variation is small but the average is off-center, CpK drops. If the average is centered but the variation is large, CpK also drops.
