What are the types of LED modules?

LED modules are products made up of a certain number of light-emitting diodes arranged in a regular manner and then packaged together, along with some waterproof treatment.

Types of LED modules:

1、 According to the shape of LED, LED modules are divided into: 1. Inline LED modules. 2. LED module for piranha. 3. SMD LED module.

2、 According to the power of a single LED, it can be divided into: 1. Low power (below 0.3W). 2. Medium power (0.3-0.5W). 3. Three types of high-power (1W and above).

3、 According to sealing properties, it can be divided into waterproof and non waterproof:

1. Waterproof and non waterproof modules are mainly distinguished based on the application environment. Generally, waterproof LED modules can be used for outdoor lighting and promotional purposes. They will not cause problems due to water ingress and are more suitable for harsh environmental applications.

2. Non waterproof modules are mainly used indoors.

4、 According to color types, it can be divided into three types: single color, seven color, and full color single point control.

1. Monochrome module: Monochrome refers to a module with a single color, usually red, green, yellow, white, etc., which are commonly used.

2. Seven color LED module: A seven color LED module is a module product that is transformed into seven different colors, with more colors and variability.

3. Full color LED modules: Compared to seven colors, full color LED modules are more diverse and can achieve full color changes. They are not only very beautiful, but also dynamic and more eye-catching.
