Product manufacturing process
 

The manufacturing process of LED neon lights is relatively straightforward and flexible, suitable for both DIY enthusiasts and professional manufacturers. The following are the basic production steps and key points:

1. Material preparation LED silicone flexible light strip: This is the main material, usually available in a variety of colors, with different widths of the luminous surface. Purchase light strips of corresponding lengths and colors as needed. Power supply and transformer: Because LED light strips usually run on a 12V DC voltage, an adapted transformer is required to convert household AC power into safe low-voltage electricity. Cutting and connecting tools: Scissors or special cutting tools are used to cut light strips, and welding tools (such as welding guns) and auxiliary materials (such as solder, flux,
rosin) are used to connect wires. Fixing materials: such as acrylic sheets, double-sided tape, transparent tape or special adhesives, used to fix the shape of the light strip. Design drawing: Plan the desired pattern or text in advance so that the light strip can be accurately measured and cut.

2. Design and measurement According to the design requirements, calculate the length of each part of the light strip in advance and mark it on the light strip. The light strip usually has preset cutting points for accurate cutting.

3. Cutting and connecting: Cut the strip at the marked point, making sure to keep the connection point at the cutting point. Use a welding tool to connect the wires to both ends of the strip, with the positive and negative poles correctly aligned. For first-time soldering, ensure safety and follow basic soldering principles. You can open the strip in the middle of the strip as needed, just make sure to open it at the marked point.

4. Fixing and shaping Use acrylic board or other base board to fix the light strip. If you use acrylic board, you can cut a groove on the board to embed the light strip, or use double-sided tape to fix the light strip. Make sure the light strip is pasted or fixed according to the design to form the required graphics or text.

5. Power connection After connecting all the light strip segments in parallel or according to the design requirements, connect the transformer and power switch. Make sure that the positive and negative poles are connected correctly to avoid short circuit or damage.

6. Test and Adjustment Before connecting the power supply, make a final check and power on the power supply for testing. If some lights are not on, check whether the welding points and connections are good, and whether the positive and negative poles are connected in reverse.

7. Optimization and Improvement If necessary, adjust the light strip layout or add fixing measures according to the test results to improve the visual effect.
