Ultra-Long LED Strip Manufacturing Process
Smd LED production: Smd-LED-chipsthe first step in the manufacturing process is the production of smd leds. These are small, surface-mounted devices that emit light when voltage is applied to them.
Solder paste printing: LED strip light reflow-solderingthe next step in the manufacturing process involves printing solder paste onto both sides of the pcb boards using a computer-controlled printer (screen printer). The solder paste helps to provide electrical connections between components on the pcbs and wires.
